BOFY Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of BOFY. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of BOFY.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The service is not provided to users in mainland China or other unsupported regions.

Account and Security

You are responsible for your account, credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your login information secure and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

User Content

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit, create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display and use that content as needed to provide, maintain, secure and improve the service.

We may remove or restrict content or accounts when necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, operate the service or comply with law.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to create, upload, share, request or promote content or activity that is illegal, harmful or abusive.

• Sexual, exploitative or inappropriate content involving minors.
• Non-consensual sexual content, real-person intimate imagery, impersonation or deepfake abuse.
• Harassment, threats, hate, violent extremism or targeted abuse.
• Instructions for self-harm, severe violence, malware, fraud, spam or evading safety systems.
• Content that violates privacy, intellectual property or other rights of another person.

AI Content

The service includes AI-generated content. AI output may be fictional, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Do not rely on it as professional, legal, medical, financial or safety advice.

Paid Features

Some features may require payment, credits or subscription access. Payment, recharge, refund and billing issues are handled through the payment channel or support process shown in the product.

Changes, Suspension and Termination

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, service operation or Terms enforcement.
